Jewel Li is Chief Operating Officer and a founding team member at Tensor, a Silicon Valley AI company building physical AI and agentic products for individual consumers. Tensor’s flagship Robocar is the world’s first personal Robocar and AI agentic vehicle that is fully autonomous, automotive-grade, and designed for private ownership. Before Tensor, Jewel got her Ph.D. in artificial intelligence and worked on the IBM Watson labs, and later served at the IBM Research’s T.J. Watson Research Center, where she was a member of the Watson Core Algorithms team delivering the core AI that powered IBM Watson’s DeepQA systems. She brings a combination of deep technical expertise developing frontier AI products and business acumen to accelerate Tensor’s mission of personal AI autonomy and ownership. Founded in 2016, Tensor is headquartered in San Jose, California with offices in Barcelona, Singapore, and Dubai.
